Blue Sky Landing is proud to be a pet-friendly community in College Park. We welcome up to two pets per home with a one-time fee of 300 dollars per pet and a monthly pet rent of 25 dollars. Please note that certain breed restrictions apply, so we encourage you to contact our leasing office for more details.

Our community offers a variety of spacious one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans designed to fit your lifestyle. These modern apartment homes range in size from approximately 750 to 1,350 square feet. Each layout is crafted with comfort in mind to provide an inviting living experience.

Residents at Blue Sky Landing have access to convenient on-site parking throughout the community. While we do not currently offer EV charging stations, our ample parking areas ensure you have a reliable place to park near your front door. Please reach out to our team for specific information regarding guest parking policies.

>Our location on Old National Parkway provides residents with easy access to the MARTA bus system, including routes that connect directly to the College Park MARTA Station. Being situated near major thoroughfares and the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport makes commuting and regional travel highly accessible. This central location is ideal for those who rely on public transit for their daily travels.

Blue Sky Landing is served by the Fulton County School District. The closest schools for our residents are Bethune Elementary School, McNair Middle School, and Banneker High School. Please be aware that school attendance boundaries are subject to change, and we recommend that residents contact the school district directly to confirm current assignments.

Blue Sky Landing offers modern 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in College Park ranging between 790 and 1,273 square feet in size. Each home features
in-home air conditioning for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that spacious walk-in closets and
wood-style plank flooring.
